About the Team
 
The Operation Excellence Team keep tabs on the projects and experiments of all departments and make sure that we continue to be aligned and that we are all moving in the same direction. They explore and test new ways of doing business and optimize the way we work as a unit. 
 
About the Role
 
· Monitor project plans and schedules, ensuring monthly milestones are met;
· Identify project risks and issues, and provide solutions where applicable;
· Ensure company objectives are met as projects evolve;
· Ensure projects follow the company frameworks and that all documentation is completed;
· Organize and facilitate alignment meetings as necessary.
 
 
About You
 
You graduated in Business Management (or similar) and you have 1/2 years’ experience as a Project Manager. You are an excellent communicator. You think fast and smart and you know how to deal with people's needs and expectations.
