Qualifications:
Must be a civil engineer graduate and with license
With 1 -2 years experience or more
Job Description, Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees overall project
Monitors project schedule, budget and quality
Prepare cost analysis on additional works not included on the contract
Negotiations with different suppliers.
Interacts with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
Responds to any client complaints, concerns and requests throughout the project.
Reviews proposal, bid, quotation and progress billing of sub-contractors.
Represents the company during Pre-bidding, Bidding, Pre-construction and Monthly meetings on different procuring agencies.
Prepares technical documents (Bill of Quantities, S-Curve, Grant Chart, Equipment Utilization, and Manpower) for project biddings.
Perform other related project manager task that may assigned from time to time.
