Consolidate project reports for entire PMO department for PMO Head s review. Prepares and types correspondences, reports and other documents required by the office. Maintains all records and files relevant to the assigned office. Sorts and manages all incoming and outgoing documents and manages the approval of pertinent documents by the office head. Places requests in Ariba, manages orders, and handles all communications with regard to office materials, supplies and equipment. Manages the meetings and schedules of the office head and PMO group. Performs any project-based assignment as designated by the office head. Performs other administrative functions to support the requirement of PMO. Attend to other duties/tasks that may be required by his immediate superior Minimum Job Requirement Bachelor s degree preferably Engineering/ Information Technology LOMA certification is an advantage Project Management Certification an advantage Agile Certification PSM or CSM is an advantage Excellent Communication Skills Required Working Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) Knowledge of Microsoft Project an advantage Background in Life Insurance/ Banking Preferred Organization skills Time Management skills Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
