We're looking for a Project Manager. This is a full-time role, with a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM), and a Work-in-Office (WIO) position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Serve as the link between the US clients and Philippine Team
● Ensures the communication between the client and the production team is fluid and clear
● Collaborate with the operations team and the clients to determine the requirements of the projects
● Involved in the planning, executing, and closing of projects from project kick-off through invoicing, and project
● Plan operations and schedule intermediate phases and ensure deadlines will be met
● Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
● PMP Certification
● PM experience from inception to close out (Telecom and Fiber Field)
● Knows how to manage PM Software and has a deep understanding of PM Tools
● Proven experience as a Project Manager
● Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in the same field
● Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
● Team player with leadership abilities
