Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion of managing assigned non-electric, enterprise-wide projects including the evaluation, design, construction, quality assurance and monitoring of completion status. Will also be responsible for providing post-earthquake assessment and preliminary assessments to Meralco buildings and facilities whenever structural failure or damage was observed.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
With Post-Graduate Studies (or Units) on Structural Engineering
With at least five (5) years' experience in structural design, project management and construction
Knowledge of fundamental project management and construction processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to organization, end to end project management of at least two (2) minor projects (Php5M worth) and one (1) major project (Php15M worth)
Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in basic AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, Primavera and MS Project.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills
