The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the direction of our software and app development projects.
This position involves overseeing a team of talented designers, coders, and developers, ensuring that all team members are working cohesively towards our common goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific software and app development projects. This includes designing and outlining project plans, setting realistic timelines, and ensuring that work is completed within the set deadlines.
A deep understanding of various programming languages, app design, and workflow mapping is essential for this role.
The Project Manager will also be expected to have a hands-on approach in overseeing the software design, development, testing, and implementation stages, ensuring that all stages of the project lifecycle are executed effectively.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of designers, coders, and developers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Plan, implement, and track specific software and app development projects.
Design and outline project plans, set realistic timelines, and ensure that work is completed within these deadlines.
Understand the intricacies of various programming languages to effectively oversee the development process.
Have a hands-on approach in overseeing the software design, development, testing, and implementation stages.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the software and app development industry.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent knowledge of various programming languages.
Strong understanding of the app development process, including design, development, and deployment.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
