N-Compass TV is currently looking for a skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master - Jira Wizard for Cebu office.

You'll be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Jira Wizard (to speed up development and monitor developer performance)
- Project Server and other project management tools
- Project management and Agile methodologies
- Project Engineering
- Lean Six Sigma principles
- Attention to detail
- Experience with web apps and multi-tier architecture
- Time management skills
- Foster open communication within the team and across teams to ensure transparency and collaboration
