In this position Project Manager - SAP Data Migration/Data Governance will be responsible for participating in SAP Implementation projects handling the planning and control of data migration activities that include project planning, resource planning, execution and monitoring.
Applicants must be experienced with SAP® in general and have experience in project management activities in a SAP environment preferable in the data migration work stream. This position is integral in the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of data migration activities while driving communication with client SMEs, System Integrator counterparts and Business-Process Experts for data migration activities.
Qualifications:
8 plus years' PM experience on IT projects
Developing and executing project plans, and implementing project controls and quality assurance of teams of expert resources.
Project Management certification (Prince 2, PMP) preferred but not required
Job Responsibilities
Creation and Maintenance of project plan
Work closely with the leadership team and customer
Managing project deliverables and scope of work
Lead project meetings and workshops
Handle Project management activities: Issue/Risk management/Resource Management/Stakeholder Management
Produce timely status reports, including contributing to presentation pack for steering committee
Coach and mentor team member
