Project Manager - philippinesConnor Consulting

Connor Consulting is currently looking for a Project Manager that will help manage our Compliance and Customer Engagement projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping plan, oversee and report back to leadership on status of projects. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Duties and responsibilities:
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan within Asana and spreadsheets
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Monitor Project's KPIs and ensure that the same are driven towards set goal
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
Managing remote and diverse teams
Fluency in English is required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Strong background on Software Licensing, Compliance and Audit.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
Strong client management skills
Ability to drive projects' Business Outcomes (Revenue per Unit, Compliance Participation, Gap Analysis).
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with office and project management applications. (Asana, Google Applications, Microsoft Office), methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Big-picture thinking and vision
Content creation background focusing on Software Licensing is a plus
Attention to detail
Conflict resolution skills
