PROJECT MANAGER (LIFESMART)
 
As Project Manager, your responsibilities are the following:
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Identify and manage risk on every projects;
Scheduling and delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Communicating with Top Management to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected;
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change;
After sales service monitoring by identifying the clients according to complexity of the project and the need for making follow ups weekly;
Streamlining goals with process flows and procedures;
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Electrical engineer/ computer engineer /industrial engineer
At least 2 years experienced as Operations Manager in the field of construction/distribution or retail
Know how to handle clients demands and pressure and can do multi-tasking
Must possess the following skills:
