PROJECT MANAGER
 
Job Description:
 
We are looking for a Project Manager who can plan and oversee day-to-day operations at our expansion site. The role involves supervising a fit-in / fit-out project, including basic construction works such as partition walls, ceiling repairs, roof repairs, painting, concreting, electrical, and plumbing.
 
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily site activities
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Oversee fit-in and fit-out works from preparation to completion
Monitor work quality, safety, and progress
Ensure materials, manpower, and timelines are well managed
Provide regular project updates and resolve on-site issues
Requirements:
Experience in project or site supervision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage day-to-day operations independently
Basic understanding of construction works (civil, electrical, plumbing)
