Job Description
The Project Manager will Implement the Engineering and Technical Services strategy (aligned to 1FG and BU strategy) through the implementation of project management best practices, aligned to the Programme Management Office (PMO).
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree in any Engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Civil
Experience:
Five years of engineering management in a food manufacturing environment
Five years experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager with CapEx projects
Experience in working with external stakeholders
Experience in various project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, AGILE etc.)
Experience in the use and application of change management methodologies would advantageous
Licenses:
Licensed Engineer; Registered Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineer or Professional Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineer
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Detail oriented and organized
Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; databases and word processing
Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and processes
Self motivated, results orientated and excellent personal skills
Strong knowledge in process improvement/optimisation
Strong background in HAACP; safety; GMP; and AIB
Must have a hands-on work ethic
Bilingual preferred
Willingness to relocate, if required
