Description
A bachelor's degree in food science or bioscience is preferable, though a degree in another science (e.g., biochemistry, food technology or microbiology)
A graduate of Hotel / Tourism is accepted
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be analytical, decisive, adaptable, ethical, a problem solver, and persuasive.
Must have all around exposure in dining and was able to handle a team.
Assisting in all management activities including ensuring excellence in product quality customer service, controlling expenses, marketing efforts to build sales, equipment management , dining vendor's coaching and counselling.
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment according to safe operating/cleaning procedures and manuals.
Communicates to Dining Services Manager any concerns related to the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
Monitors Ingress and egress procedures of Kiosks for reporting to DSM
Assist with audits of cafeteria and Vending Machines
Participates on quality assurance programs (Quality, service and cleanliness)
Helps maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in the kitchen and service areas
Coordinates with Philippines Dinning Services vendors (Manila and Cebu) and facilitates for operational concerns and catering events
