Project Manager - Davao Project
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Experienced working as a consultant on Construction Projects with at least 2 years in the same field.
Well-versed in managing stakeholders and highly collaborative.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
Job Description:
Lead the Project Team on Strict Compliance with the Project Execution set of processes, including but not limited to Technical like Specifications, Standards, Drawings & Work Programs), Contract & Procurement, Staff and Manpower, Health & Safety, Delivery & Schedules / Plan, Control & Monitoring, Risk & Issues, Legal requirement, etc.
Ensure compliance in all aspects, in all aspects, deliver the project, and protect the client's interest at all times.
Deliver the project on time and within budget on top of adding value to the client.
Ensure all stakeholders' satisfaction.
Check and evaluate project performance from time to time, and collaborate with Contractor's PM to raise and settle any issues proactively.
Periodically provide reports to Clients and advise any known issues/risks and recommend ways to mitigate them.
Manage various/ several Construction Projects at the same time.
