Job Description
Our client is a leading international EPC ccontractor with immediate vacancies for Project Managers for new construction projects in Davao and Cagayan De Oro.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Min 10 years experience in Project Management
Lead the project execution and admin team
Knowledge and experience with large vertical commercial or residential construction projects
Experienced with procurement, cost control, budgets, quality control etc.
Managing subcontractors and approving supplier payments
A Construction/Engineering degree is essential with ideally a quantity surveying qualification
