The Project Manager - Construction is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the Project Manager - Construction may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
General Description: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing a wide range of different construction projects from beginning to its completion. He/she will balance the budget, keep track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractors, and ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired. The Construction Project Manager may manage these projects remotely or on site, depending on the business need, and will be expected to work directly with clients.
Location: 8th Floor Skyrise 4B Bldg., West Geonzon Street, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Holidays:
All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses):
45,000 - 50,000 PHP
Responsibilities:
Oversees construction projects for quality and safety as well as project completion
Creates and reviews project contracts
Ensures work performed is in accordance with project manuals and procedures
Maintains project cost, project budget documents
Coordinates and monitors schedules of invoices and materials
Tracks and oversees progress of contractors' construction schedules
Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes
Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders
Attend to client meetings and negotiations as needed
Requirements
A graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
Background in managing construction projects and project management
With experience in negotiating contracts preferred
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Good work attitude
Strong attention to detail
Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift
Good time management skills
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
