Qualifications
At least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
Required Skill(s): Proficient in MS Office, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent decision making and negotiation skills, Effective in building business relationships
Communication and Presentation- Ability to communicate in oral and written form the project's aspects to the stakeholders
With driver's license and can drive 4 wheels (AT,MT)
Preferably local resident of Angeles City or nearby areas

Job Description
Leads in the creation and execution of planned projects based on the business requirements within the constrains of time, scope and budget
Leads coordination and cascade of project to the business center
Leads the team in ensuring 100% deliverable for new business center opening, acquisition, renovation/relocation and closure
Ensures completion/compliance of BIR/LGU requirements (Business Permit, Certificate of Registrations, ATP, PA)
Provides regular support status updates to COO. TMG Head and Department/Area Sales Head in order to communicate progress of the project to minimize risk or potential delay
Leads in execution of new policies and procedures related to business operation in order to ensure standardize operation levels
