JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Project Manager (Analyst), you will work with the team to solve business problems for customers in innovative ways. You will be responsible for leading the organization’s professional services projects from start to finish. From the first kickoff meeting to the final customer survey, you will help the consulting team succeed by providing white-glove service to our customers – ensuring that we stay on track with our deliverables, and by completing financial and operational analysis to generate critical insights.
JOB QUALIFICATION
 
SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
·       Handle full-cycle consulting projects, from pre-sales, solution design, proposal, and contracting through to project completion and follow-up
·       Ensure that customers are highly satisfied throughout the relationship, and solutions-oriented sales and delivery model
·       Schedule and host customer meetings, take notes and record action items, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
·       Monitor project milestones and updates and ensure projects remain on track and within budget
·       Write and update PowerPoint presentations
·       Review documents for spelling, grammar, and format
·       Complete financial and operational analysis in Excel to provide insights into customer performance
·       Handle invoicing projects each month and as they close
·       Update and maintain internal documents and reports
QUALIFICATIONS
·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
·       Experience in a multi-client environment
·       Experience working directly with consulting customers (large and mid-market)
·       Able to balance multiple projects simultaneously
·       Excellent technical writing and editing skills, for review of proposals and customer-facing deliverable documents
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this is a customer-facing role
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
·       Analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
·       Aptitude in the documentation of key customer and internal processes
·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive desired outcomes
·       Professional self-starter and able to work collaboratively
·       Project a professional image and strong business insight during customer interactions
·       Ability to stay organized and work efficiently
·       Ability to facilitate connections and collaborate effectively to leverage internal and external resources in service to customers
·       Patience in working with all stakeholders to ensure the best possible experience for the customers
·       Creativity and ability to provide innovative solutions for our customers
