PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
 
Job Description:
 
Responsible for leading a project from its inception to execution; this includes planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project. Specifically:
Being the lead point of contact for all account manager matters
Make communication plans and writing contracts
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, etc.
Ensure the timely and successful execution of communication plans
Forecast and track account metrics
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or any communications-related course
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in English
Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions to customer/client needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Previous work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or any related role is a plus
Willing to learn
Can start immediately
