The Project Management Office intern is mainly in charge of handling legwork activities directed by Project Management Engineers such as data gathering, work or time study, and supporting map days.
He or she may also handle administrative functions like planning meetings and assisting in other productivity and layout projects.
BS Industrial Engineering student
Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power point
Team player with high level of dedication
Can work with different levels in organization
Strong ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or willing to learn data gathering procedures such as time and motion study is an advantage
Legwork and data gathering activities (i.e time and motion study) for Productivity / Layout Projects as directed by Project Management Engineers
Assist PMO layout projects by overseeing contractors and riggers activities
Help in Map Day preparation and other adhoc activities
Ensure 5S compliance in PMO area
Administrative work such as planning meetings and replenishing office supplies inventory
