We are looking for a Project Manager - Executive Assistant to work on various admin tasks for our US client with a Graphic Design business. You will be working with the client directly, so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.
This is a long-term position, and we expect you to work with the client for many years.

As a Project Manager - Executive Assistant, here are your qualities and tasks, but NOT limited to:
Experience in handling a team or a project.
Someone who can take ownership of the business.
Helping the client in building processes to improve the process.
Handle customer inquiries. All inquiries are via messages.
Communicating with customers (thanking them for orders, confirming revisions requests received, attaching and sending completed logo files).
Uploading customer briefs to the design team using Trello.
Updating active orders with customer feedback.
Creating 3D renders using Photoshop templates (very simple to create)
Creating the following files after the customer has confirmed a logo design:
Social media kits
Stationery Kits
Business Cards
Letterheads
Brand Guides
Favicons
Coordinating with the design team.
Willingness to be assigned with other administrative tasks.
.Ability to update and edit Adobe Illustrator template files with customer logos and brand colors
Experience with this is a big plus and
Ability to update Adobe Photoshop templates
Salary: $750-$1100
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

20 MBPS minimum Internet connection
Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
