PROJECT LEADER
Project Leader play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project. They are the point of contact between client and the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Leading project planning sessions
Conducting site visits to measure, record site conditions and note down client requirements
Daily updates and communication with clients for project progress and issues
Making follow up calls on clients
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Designing and signing off on contracts
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
Managing large and diverse teams
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, Engineering or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Leadership Skills, Big-picture thinking and vision, Attention to detail, Conflict resolution skills, Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simulataneously, Written and verbal communication skills, Capacity to manage high stress situations
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design, Furniture or equivalent.
