Qualification Required:
Education: Graduate of any 4-year Business Administration or Business Management, Finance, or Communications.
Work Experience: Must have background with VCE/VASP Market. Knowing its trades, trends, and potential market. Project Management Certification is preferred but not required. Must have experience working at a Fintech Industry focusing on VCE/VASP. Must have at least 3 years work experience in Sales, Business Development and other related fields.
Skills/certifications:
Highly fluent with the VCE/VASP Market and can identify company opportunities
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Capacity to manage high stressful situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Able to strategize and foresee potential risks of the Project. Understand market trends and make recommendations.
Strong leadership skills and big-picture thinking and vision
Conflict resolution skills
Time management skills
Results driven and highly detailed
Negotiating and Presentation skills
Willing to work extended hours even during holidays as needed
Competitive client database to prove one's capability to acquire merchants/users as needed
KPI may vary depending on the candidate's experience, database and expertise
