At least 5 years related work experience; preferably in the same industry.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects,
Knowledge of design and visualization software
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD operation and M.S Project or Primavera.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Cost Estimating and interpersonal of construction drawings.
Proficient in spreadsheets and word applications.
Hardworking and has a positive work attitude.
Well versed in bid preparations.
Matured disposition and can handle construction projects.
Good in decision making
Job Description
Determining project specification by Studying, Product Design, Customer requirements and Performance Standards.
Complies technical studies and prepares cost estimates
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and
resolving problems.
PIC living in Mindanao and willing to be assigned in Polomolok
