JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitoring the daily progress of projects
Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
Measure the dimension of a cabinet or parts of an item to ensure the correctness with the production and installation team
Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
Performing billing, coordination with deliveries and bookkeeping tasks
Ordering necessary office supplies
Process work permits, requests, submittals and licenses to General Contractor
Conduct toolbox meeting to discuss the important of aligned form their daily activities
Supervise on site safety and promote safe conduct of the work generally
Performed an audit to maintain the proper procedure of the HSE
Assist the management and through HSE Manager in implementation of safety policy and procedures
Conduct various inspection of power tools, welding machine, ace and oxygen, nitrogen daily to ensure it is ready to be use
Conduct daily routine inspection to site employees and observe all HSE Rules and regulations and takes necessary action to obtained compliance with HSE Policy
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree of Any 4- Year Course/Undergraduate are welcome to apply
Must have experience in a Construction/Engineering company ( Interior Fit Out works)
Amenable to work in Pasig City
Can drive Motorcycle
Certified Safety Officer with COSH Certificate
