PROJECT IN CHARGE
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Lead on-site teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Address technical challenges and provide quick solutions to on-site issues.
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and client on project status and milestones.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other internal departments for seamless execution.
Prepare project progress reports, documentation, and handover documents upon completion.
Supervise and train team members to improve their technical skills and performance.
Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical or ECE), Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management 
Proven expertise in managing auxiliary systems, security systems, fire alarms
Proficient in AutoCAD, reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project).
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
