Description
* Candidate must posses at least bachelor's/ college degree, Engineering (Civil) Architecture or equivalent.
* Exudes professional work ethics
* Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad.
* Experience working in the field of Residential Construction is required.
* Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project
* While the project is undergoing, he/she are responsible for safety measures on site.
* Ensure Conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications.
* Submit weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
* Review technical specifications and recommended changes.
* Set an efficient and timely schedule for purchase of equipment and raw materials.
