SANTOS LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is urgently in need of one (1) PROJECT-IN-CHARGE:
SUMMARY: Manages and leads the assigned scope of works of the projects assigned to him/her. Helps in the implementation of the Project Operational Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
a) Education:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Licensed Civil Engineer
b) Experience & Competencies:
1. Two or more years of on job relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Experience with 3D modeling software.
4. Proven experience as construction project in charge.
5. Understanding of construction procedures and project management.
6. A team player with leadership abilities.
7. Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communications and time-management skills.
