Can prepare costing, estimates, BOQ
Can work efficiently under pressure
Job Description:
Prepare construction schedule for implementation
Manage work flow construction site and delegate tasks according to schedule
Manage billings with client and subcontractors
Monitor quality and execution of works on site
Manage overall cost of project
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problem that may arise
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy calculations
