KALAYAAN ENGINEERING CO., INC. is an engineering firm with more than 50 years of experience in the field of air conditioning and ventilation for commercial and industrial applications. The Company has been continuously installing, servicing and maintaining all kinds of mechanical systems - from centralized centrifugal systems to individual package units. At present, it also engages with fire sprinkler, plumbing and electrical works. It is also involved in providing its clients with systems testing and evaluation services.
 
PROJECT IN-CHARGE
 
Qualifications:
Licienced Mechanical Engineer or its equivalent
With a minimum of five (5) years experience in the industry
Proficient project management skills
Proficient ability to create activities and systems that are profitable to the project.
Proficient knowledge on the Department's policies, procedures and standards.
Proficient on evaluating shop drawings. 
Proficient knowledge on Environment, Health and Safety Procedures
Proficient in Accomplishment Report preparation
Proficient ability to work with a team
Proficient in establishing good relationships with consultants, project managers, and others
Poficient ability in addressing customer requirements (eg. punchlist, etc.)
Proficient written and oral communication skills
With strong human relations skills
Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills
Willing to stay-in
