Description
- With at least 3 - 7 years in Building Construction and Project Management experience (may be combined)
- Project Based (Nueva Ecija Based)
- Preferably with PRC license
- Preferably With knowledge in Auto Cad
- With project management background & skills
- Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge in Project management
- Can prepare Take off of Materials, cost estimate, cost proposal, and quotation

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD
Availability for travel: Yes
