Qualifications & experience
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
With a minimum of (2) years experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works as Project In-Charge
Proficient project management skills
Proficient ability to create activities and systems that are profitable to the project
Has the ability to work with a team
Proficient in establishing good relationships with clients, project managers and other groups on site
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
In-Charge of operations for Bacolod Project site
Implements activities related to profitability of project in terms of project completion, efficient manpower, materials, tools and equipment utilization
Perpares Material and Fabrication request as needed
Prepares progress reports, CEBMs and other pertinent reports
Check shop drawings against the design intent before implementation
Prepares Work Schedule, submittals accordingly
Check the preparation of As built plans
