Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Must be familiar on the QA/QC standards for Housing construction.
Job Objective: Ensure that issued plans and specifications will be strictly followed and proper documentation and filing of quality records
Job Description: a. Prepares initial projected construction schedule based on the project parameters and target project turnover b. Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems c. Evaluates and implements all possible design changes during construction and its probable impact in the schedule d. Monitors contractors' construction productivity in relation to each scope of work and ensures that the contractor/s provide the required manpower, equipment, and materials to meet the project targets e. Anticipates possible problems based on site conditions and project parameters that will impact the project f. Coordinates with project consultants and ascertains that all deadlines are met with regards to construction details to be issued to contractors g. Assists in the preparation of progress reports to update CMG on the latest project developments h. Ensures that the project is completed on time i. Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing codes j. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations k. Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget informational. Develop and implement Occupational Health and Safety policies / program. Monitoring safety performance on site by inspecting premises and equipment. Submit safety monthly Report to DOLE
