Description
= With at least 3 - 7 years in Building Construction and Project Management experience (may be combined)
= Project Based (Nueva Ecija Based)
= Preferably with PRC license
= Preferably With knowledge in Auto Cad
= With project management background & skills
= Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
= Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like is an advantage.
Extensive knowledge in Project management
= Can prepare Take off of Materials, cost estimate, cost proposal, and quotation

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Knowledge: Microsoft Access, AutoCAD
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
