The Project Head manages all development and maintenance activities as driven by business requirements. This role plans and coordinate development and deliveries of relevant requirements in various areas of business. The role should have good familiarity with all or any of the following such as business liquidity, dashboard, reporting, statistics, disbursement, refund, P&L, and business parameterisation. The Project Head works closely with all the business unit heads and reports directly to the CTO.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the project's functionalities and features
Lead, manage and assist the project's engineering team
Document the application specifications and environment
Improve the application architecture
Use and uphold high coding standards
Follow and ensure strict security standards in developing applications
Ensure optimal performance of the application using best practices
Perform thorough analysis and integration testing of the application
To improve skills in new technologies and development standards
Plan and coordinate the project's engineering team monthly schedule
To work on designated shifts and adjusted weekends as allocated by your manager
Coordinate with other business units regarding the requirements
Learn and improve company's ecosystem on crypto & blockchain
Perform relevant tasks as required by your manager
Maintain cordial attitude in dealing and coordinating with other team members
Attend scheduled daily standup meetings

Deliver business requirements with high precision and in timely manner
Be responsive whenever there are urgencies and crisis situations
Provide assistance to new colleagues or trainees
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information and intellectual property
Punctuality and timeliness on office proceedings and meetings
Requirements
At least 5 years of working knowledge and experience in financial systems and reporting
Proficient in using using development tools and languages (NodeJs, Typescript, ReactJS, Docker
Able to demonstrate technically advance knowledge and skills on database queries for common engines such as MySQL, MS SQL, Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB.
Working knowledge on OWASP standards
Knowledgeable in code versioning tools using Git and Github
Good working knowledge and experience in Postman & JSON
Knowledge in Solidity (Ethereum) Polygon, Binance Smart Chain preferred by not mandatory
Expert knowledge and skills on the following
Node JS
Express JS
Typescript
Web3 J
Working knowledge on AWS & Google Cloud Platform
Design, build, and maintain a scalable REST gateways for our development teams.
Can perform in a test driven development environment
