Assist in the conduct of benchmarking, design, planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and improvement of programs and systems for the operation of General Services functions based on established objectives and targets.
Assist in the project management and implementation of non-manufacturing/ construction projects.
Helps to implement compliance in accordance with the standards of Philippine Electrical Code.
Prepares progress report of the project, Prepares necessary correspondence, inspection reports and punch lists.
Prepares and coordinates Safety and Health requirements such as Kiken Yochi Sheet (KY), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) and Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessment (EAIA) and ect.
Conducts feasibility studies and prepares documents for ExCom approval, policies, procedures and reports as required by management, keeps confidential information relative thereto.
Assist Construction Material Asset Disposal.
Prepares Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) 4M & 5Why's, Ishikawa Cause & Effect, Corrective Action Request (CAR) and other Inter Department and Top Management required documents.
Prepares office layout, physical arrangement, event and other administrative layout.
Support Safety and Health programs; Emergency Preparedness and Response Brigade member, Fire Brigade Assistant Team Leader and Safety Officer.
As assigned, conservation with government units and agencies, private entities and organizations for matters affecting the interests of the company; keeps confidential information relative thereto.
Performs safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualification
College Graduate - Electrical or Civil Engineering. Registered Electrical or Civil Engineer.
Open for Fresh Graduate.
Technical and Conceptual analysis.
Proficient on Computer Aided Design (CAD).
