Job Purpose:
This job shall be primarily responsible for providing/rendering efficient and professional estimation services to the selling group of the company.
Job Scope:
 Data gathering of basic information as a preparation for project estimates such as plans and actual measurements,
 Preparation of roofing layout thru the use of ACAD or conventional drafting based on plan as provide by the selling group,
 Preparation of cost computation for materials and labor,
 Preparation of cutting list, bended details and other accessories as required,
 Provides technical assistance to walk-in/in-house/prospective customers,
 Update actual measurements of project in the field,
 Proper maintenance of file,
 Assists in performing actual measurements for projects in the field that needs cost estimates and technical assistance,
 Preparation of necessary reports as may be required,
 Coordinates with installers for measurement and clarifications,
 Performs other related task as may be required, and
 Provides estimation services for PU and PEBS projects and other related
functions as may be required.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Construction
Driver's license: Car
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
