Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify factors affecting costs, such as production time, materials, and labour
- Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors
- Calculate, analyze, and adjust estimates
- Recommend ways to reduce costs
- Work with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients
- Maintain records of estimated and actual costs
Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in either Architecture or any Engineering course
- 2 to 3 years' experience in the same field
- Willing to work in Pampanga
- Must be flexible for work setup
- Good English communication skills
- Can start ASAP
Minimum Qualifications
- High accuracy to details
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in construction or signage material
- With experience in advertising or any media and signages related work
- With experience in estimating job cost
Proficient with
- MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)
Experience Advantage
- Experience in Bluebeam or any estimating software
