We are looking for Project Engineers (Civil & Mechanical) who will lead and support construction and mechanical system works at a geothermal power plant project located in Leyte.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain or advance your experience in the geothermal power industry while contributing to sustainable and innovative energy solutions.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
Monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation as required by the client.
Provide technical guidance, mentor workers, and liaise with multiple construction/engineering teams.
Conduct site inspections, identify potential risks, and recommend necessary interventions.
Support project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices relevant to project execution.
Mechanical Engineer Focus:
Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, fire protection, machinery, etc.).
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with mechanical equipment.
Civil Engineer Focus:
Prepare and implement project plans and construction schedules based on client requirements.
Manage budgets, cost estimates, and procurement of materials/equipment.
Ensure compliance with government permits, ordinances, and safety requirements.
Review and interpret civil drawings, shop drawings, and AutoCAD designs.
Supervise construction activities, structural works, and fabrication/installation tasks.
Monitor and report site progress, ensuring alignment with project scope and schedule forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
With experience in project engineering, preferably in power plant, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, cost estimation, and contract management.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
Willing to be assigned on-site (Geothermal Plant project) and work flexible schedules.
 Preferred for Mechanical Engineer Applicants:
Experience in mechanical system design, installation, testing, and commissioning
Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical systems.
 Preferred for Civil Engineer Applicants:
Experience in civil works such as structural, earthworks, and finishing construction.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and reviewing civil/shop drawings.
Familiar with government permits, safety codes, and compliance documentation
