JOB SUMMARY
Supervise and manage project development and park operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Study project plans and prepare quantity and budgetary estimate of the project.
Prepares materials requisition slip and budget request for the project and assist purchasing department in sourcing qualified suppliers.
Assist in securing necessary permit for the project from LGU and National Agencies.
Supervise earthworks and landscaping (cut and fill, road and block filling and grading, grassing and tree planting.
Supervise layouts and construction of roads, curbs and gutter, path walk, drainage system, manhole and catch basin, perimeter fence, electrical and water distribution system.
Supervise construction of entrance gate, admin office, chapel and toilets.
Supervise park operations (maintenance, internments and security).
Reporting and other related functions.
