Biocielo Realty and Development Corporation (BRDC) was established for the purpose of developing and operating memorial parks, selling memorial lots, offer and provide memorial and other related services. Acquired and develop the Mabuhay property for the operations of its memorial park, the Monte Cielo Eternal Garden.
Job Summary:
The Project Engineer is responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that BRDC projects is involve in. He or She will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical aspects aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site evaluations to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive project plans.
Perform calculations and analysis related to structural design, geotechnical considerations, and water resources management.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and specifications for various projects.
Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
Utilize engineering software, such as AutoCAD and other relevant software, for project design and documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects.
Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in civil engineering.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering (with or without license);
A minimum of two years (2) years relevant experience in construction or cemetery management;
Willing to be assigned in General Santos City;
This is an URGENT REQUIREMENT;
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Proficient in MS applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;
Strong organizational skills, which relates to the prioritizing of workloads and showing a high level of resilience and calmness under work pressure;
Possesses good interpersonal skills and can harmoniously work with customers, management and employees;
Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written form; and
Demonstrate a high level of integrity to be able to adhere to regulations and its total compliance.
