Job Description
Responsible in the following:
• Terms of technical and engineering design of housing and land development projects.
• Recruitment of contractors.
• Coordinates with Bidders.
• Awarding evaluation of contractors.
• Monitoring of Notice to Construct.
• Assignment of contractors.
• Shotcrete machine documentations.
• Coordinates with consultants, architects and designers during planning stage.
• Recommends additional award to contractor based on the quality of finished works.
• Inspection and monitoring of delivered and inventory of Owner Supplied Materials. Assist the Construction OIC in the evaluation of contractors/suppliers claims (change order, billings & time extension).
• Perform other task and duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Request payments for contractors claim.
• Monitor cost/cost control of the projects; ensure within budget.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical or equivalent.
• With working experience in the related field is an advantage but not a requirement.
• With strong sense of responsibility.
• Work experience in a real estate industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Construction / Development project.
• Full-Time positions available.
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
