Responsibilities:
Coordinates and Supervises technical activities of assigned project in accordance to the project plan, schedule, budget, resources, and quality requirements while complying company and engineering standard codes and practices.
Creates and monitors Project Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, and Catch Up Plans. Executes the project on time and with the allocated budget.
Schedules Project Accomplishment report including Resource Management, S Curve Analysis, Straight Line Diagram, and Expenses.
Regular coordination with the management, clients, and inspectors and prepares Change Order Forms and Statement of Work Accomplishment.
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 2 years' experience
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Cebu
