Job Summary:
A Construction Project Engineer plays a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. They work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and safety regulations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus.
Previous experience in construction project engineering or related roles.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
