Roles/Responsibilities:
a. Supervising construction site activities to ensure they are executed safely and efficiently.
b. Collaborating with the project manager to plan and schedule project activities.
c. Monitoring and managing project budgets and schedules.
d. Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and quality standards.
e. Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers and laborers to ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
f. Resolving technical and design issues that arise during the construction process.
g. Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.
h. Communicating with stakeholders such as clients, owners, and regulatory agencies.
i. Conducting safety inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
j. Troubleshooting and solving problems related to construction processes.
