Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring their successful execution within budgetary and timeline constraints. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, execution, and closeout.
· Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
· Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
· Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
· Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
· Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
· Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
· Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
· A licensed Civil Engineer
· At least 2 years of field and project planning experience
· Proven experience in project engineering or related roles, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering consulting.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
· Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
