Roles and Responsibilities
Overseeing construction project from conception to completion
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and all stakeholders to determine the specifications of the project
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
With the assistance of the Liaison Officer, obtain necessary permits for work
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks
Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give guidance when needed
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for all stakeholders
Keep timely and effective communication with all stakeholders
Diligently document each project stage
Diligently report to Admin Manager project status and any needs
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues in the project site
Ensure excellent service is provided to all stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
At least 1-year experience in the abovementioned duties and activities
Willing to be assigned on-site
Degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage
COSH Certificate is an advantage
Knowledge in Autocad operation is an advantage
Knows how to drive a vehicle and/or a motorbike with the appropriate driver's license is an advantage

Professional and timely communication of progress to clients, senior managers, all stakeholders
Organized filing of project documentation
Accurate Reporting of Disbursement and Expenses
Successful close-out of projects
Consistent reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly progress
Proactively communicating challenges/points of improvement on site and suggesting action steps
Works efficiently with minimum supervision
