PROJECT ENGINEERLedcore Construction and Development Corp.

· Prepares pre-mobilization requirements.
· Assists in conducting surveys with the survey team, as needed.
· Prepares Project Data Sheets and other reports required.
· Conduct pre-construction orientation to all project employees and subordinates.
· Prepares regular reports required (monthly/weekly basis) and submits to the Project Manager/Project Monitoring Team/ VP Operations
· Attends weekly meetings conducted by the Project Manager/VP Operations to discuss accomplishments and issues on-site.
· Prepares revision of the projected S-Curve for implementation, projected equipment utilization schedule, projected manpower schedule, projected material estimates.
· Maintains construction schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
· Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan, and changes in schedule to recommend actions.
· Ensures proper execution of the latest approved project design and specifications.
· Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to recommend actions.
· Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Coordinates with the Liaison Officer for the preparation of project billings.
· Approves subcontractor accomplishment billings, daily time records, field material issuances, fuel issuances, daily weather chart records.
· Monitors repair and maintenance issues of project-assigned equipment and requested materials.
· Recommends, implements and evaluates project needs and site policies.
· Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer
Strong leadership, management, and people-handling skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
