Project EngineerPASSTECH INDUSTRIAL SALES AND SERVICES CO

Job Description:
· Responsible to present and sell for PASSTECH Industrial Sales and Services Co. business portfolio in the Philippines and deal with customer relations
· Prepare bid quotations, design/tendering process/labor and materials and cost estimates
· Attend biddings, sales negotiations, and deal costings
· Provide sales strategies for all PASSTECH Industrial Sales and Services Co. product lines
· Provide business strategies and make sure that the company meets its target such as sales forecasts, sales budgets, gross margins, and working capital
· Real-time involvement to all prospect, tender preparation, on-going project profit and loss status and assist sales managers, customers and representatives in every pre-sale activity
· To increase the existing business through order intake from existing client base and develop/identify new customers within accounts new opportunities
· Respond to different technical questions pertinent to products plus systems solutions
· Ensure to call regularly customers to develop and maintain relations and follow up leads
· Review customer specifications and develop complete technical plus commercial proposals
· Present technical expertise to commercial and sales operations to select, implement and develop competitive product applications as well as solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Solid understanding of designing engineering solutions will be added advantage
· Knowledge in Project Management Systems/Process Engineering Control and Design/Project Costing and Estimation is a plus but not required
· Experience and technical exposure on various process systems/equipment and their applications which includes but is not limited to hygienic/sanitary and industrial pumps, valves, heat exchange, process instrumentation and other related mechanical flow components is a plus
· AUTODESK AutoCAD and/or AUTODESK Inventor 3D CAD knowledge is a plus but not required
· Knowledge in Programmable Logic Controllers on either discrete or process automation will be added advantage
· Proficient in oral and written English communication and knowledgeable in Philippine local dialect
· Exposure to light process industries such as food, beverage, dairy, flour mills, feeds, agriculture, pharmaceutical, chemical, oil & gas, refineries, power plants, minerals/mining, industrial water and waste water treatment, automotive, paint, paper and pulp, ingredients, semiconductor/PCB and other industries will be advantage
Knows how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle is a plus but not required
