Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
· Monitor compliance to applicable practices, Quality Control policies, performance standards and specifications
· Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
· Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status (daily, weekly, monthly report)
· Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
· Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
· Ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe
· Scheduling meetings and training sessions when necessary
· Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Job Specification
· Licensed Mechanical Engineer
· Good in interpersonal skills and can relate well with all levels in the organization
· Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
· A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime if required
· Willing to be assigned in different project sites
· Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
· Adept in MS Office programs
· Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
· Preferably with previous related project experience in the construction industry
· Fresh graduate might be considered
